- When you setup the packages in WHMCS, did you select the correct welcome email template that is to be used with that package.
- By default no welcome email template is selected
- Go to product & services>choose whatever hosting package you have setup>edit product
- There you will see the "welcome email" drop down menu, just choose whatever email that you want to be sent to you customer when the sign up.
