The licenses are very clear and easy to read. The Regular Photodune License. will basically allow you to do most stuff aslong as you dont sell the end product. An Extended license is available but the price goes up as you would expect.

In simple terms, the main difference is that under the Regular License, your end product (incorporating the item you've licensed) is distributed for free, whereas under the Extended License your end product may be sold.
