Internet Explorer 64 bit will not open, but 32 bit will

Solution 1

This is what you do:

  1. Go to start
  2. Type cmd and open it
  3. Type this:
    netsh winsock reset
  4. Enter
  5. Reset
  6. Fixed.

Solution 2

I have an internet explorer resetter application from iefaq, run this and it should fix the issue
